KN INDUSTRIAL CITY ADVANCES INVESTMENT CONNECTIONS AT THE 2026 GUANGDONG–ASEAN SUPPLY CHAIN COOPERATION CONFERENCE
On the morning of 16 July 2026, KN Industrial City (KNIC) presented its next-generation industrial park ecosystem in Vietnam at the 2026 Guangdong-ASEAN Conference on Supply Chain Cooperation Mechanism Development and Trade Promotion.

Labour Hero Le Nu Thuy Duong, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and CEO of KN Holdings, delivers her remarks at the conference.
Held at the Baiyun International Convention Centre in Guangzhou, the conference welcomed approximately 1,000 delegates, including more than 250 international guests from ASEAN countries and a large number of representatives from Guangdong-based businesses.

A large number of delegates and guests attended the programme.

The event brought together delegates, businesses and partners from Vietnam and abroad.
Ms Le Nu Thuy Duong, Vice Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings – the developer of KNIC – was the only ASEAN business representative invited to deliver a keynote presentation at the conference. She shared KNIC’s vision for next-generation industrial development and highlighted the potential for cooperation between Vietnam, Guangdong and Southeast Asian countries.

Ms Le Nu Thuy Duong attended and actively supported the programme.
This year’s programme focused on three key themes: the application of artificial intelligence in industrial upgrading, cooperation in new energy, and stronger industrial and supply chain linkages between Guangdong and ASEAN.
Global Supply Chains Enter a New Phase of Restructuring
At the conference, Ms Le Nu Thuy Duong noted that global supply chains are entering a new stage of transformation as businesses increasingly prioritize resilience, connectivity, innovation capabilities and adaptability amid global uncertainties.

Ms Le Nu Thuy Duong highlighted the shared vision and development potential between Guangdong and Vietnam.
Guangdong is one of Asia’s leading centres for manufacturing, technology and innovation, supported by a well-established industrial ecosystem. Vietnam, meanwhile, offers an increasingly favourable investment environment and a network of free trade agreements connecting the country with more than 60 economies.
The geographical proximity of the two markets also provides favourable conditions for closer cooperation in manufacturing, logistics, human resources and technology transfer. This creates further opportunities for businesses to participate in technology-intensive and higher-value-added supply chains.
Bringing the KN Industrial City Ecosystem Closer to Guangdong Investors

Delegates and guests showed strong interest in KNIC’s insights and initiatives presented at the event.
KN Holdings is developing a next-generation industrial park ecosystem based on a green, clean and smart development model. The ecosystem is designed to meet the needs of manufacturing, technology and logistics companies, as well as businesses operating in high-value-added industries.
KNIC is currently promoting investment in three industrial park developments in Dong Nai Province:
- KNIC Nam Long Thanh, with a first-phase area of 1,000 hectares;
- KNIC Dong Long Thanh, with a first-phase area of 1,000 hectares; and
- Long Duc 3 Industrial Park.
The projects are strategically located near Long Thanh International Airport, with convenient access to the Cai Mep – Thi Vai deep-water port cluster and the interregional expressway network serving Vietnam’s Southern Key Economic Region.
These advantages enable businesses to optimize logistics costs, shorten transportation times and strengthen their connections with regional supply chains and international markets.
Embracing Artificial Intelligence and New Energy Investment Trends in Vietnam
Beyond developing industrial infrastructure, KNIC aims to establish a comprehensive investment support ecosystem that connects businesses with government authorities, trade promotion organizations, industry associations and specialized professional partners.
Through investment promotion activities, site visits and business-matching programmes, KNIC is engaging with manufacturing, technology and logistics corporations seeking new investment locations in Southeast Asia.

As part of its programme of activities in Guangdong, KNIC also held discussions with local organizations, associations and businesses. In addition, it signed Memoranda of Understanding with three organizations in Guangdong, including partners based in Shenzhen.
These agreements establish a foundation for continued discussions on investment opportunities, technology transfer and supply chain connectivity with KNIC’s industrial ecosystem in Dong Nai.
Connecting International Resources with a Next-Generation Industrial Ecosystem
Through its investment promotion activities in Guangdong, KNIC continues to strengthen its role as a connecting platform between international investors and Vietnam’s next-generation industrial park ecosystem.
With a commitment to modern infrastructure, integrated services and comprehensive investor support throughout the investment process, KNIC aims to contribute to attracting high-quality foreign direct investment, expanding technology cooperation and strengthening supply chain linkages between Vietnam and China.
These efforts are also expected to support the sustainable development of the industrial and logistics sectors in Vietnam’s southern region.
