KNIC DONG LONG THANH LAUNCHES INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION, EXPANDING MANUFACTURING CAPACITY ALONG THE EASTERN ECONOMIC CORRIDOR

Dong Nai, August 4, 2026 – Lizen Joint Stock Company officially held the infrastructure construction kick-off ceremony for KNIC Dong Long Thanh Industrial Park (Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park) in Xuan Que Ward, Dong Nai City, serving as the project’s general construction contractor.

The event marks an important milestone in developing the infrastructure of a large-scale manufacturing hub invested by Xuan Que Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, a member of KN Holdings.

Covering 1,000 hectares in Phase 1 with a total investment of approximately VND 10 trillion, the project is positioned as a sustainable eco-industrial park. It will prioritize industries including electric vehicles, mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics manufacturing, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, and food and beverage production.

Seamless Connectivity for Manufacturing, Distribution and Global Export

KNIC Dong Long Thanh offers a strategic location for manufacturing and goods distribution. The project is situated approximately 5 km from Long Thanh International Airport and directly connects to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay and Dau Giay – Phan Thiet expressways, as well as Provincial Roads DT.770B and DT.769E and Ring Road 4.

Located within a 25 km radius of the Cai Mep – Thi Vai deep-water port cluster, the industrial park provides convenient access to direct shipping routes to the United States and Europe, helping businesses optimize logistics costs and delivery times.

The project will also benefit from the planned extension of the Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Metro line to Long Thanh International Airport and the future Thu Thiem – Long Thanh high-speed railway.

Sustainable Planning Based on the “Work-Live-Learn” Model

With its 1:2,000 master plan developed in consultation with Nikken Sekkei, KNIC Dong Long Thanh is designed around the “Work–Live–Learn” model—an integrated industrial ecosystem combining manufacturing, living and learning environments.

The project allocates 745.6 hectares to industrial land, while more than 25% of its total area is dedicated to transportation, green spaces, water features, shared technical infrastructure, and facilities for administration, services, accommodation, commerce, education, healthcare, culture and sports.

KNIC Dong Long Thanh will feature high-standard technical infrastructure, including:

• Water supply capacity of approximately 50,000 m³ per day
• Power capacity of 252 MW supplied by two 110 kV substations with a secure ring-network configuration
• Three centralized wastewater treatment plants with a combined capacity of 34,500 m³ per day
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable-energy solutions

These systems are designed to support ESG standards and contribute to Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 target.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Ngoc Phuong, Deputy General Director of Lizen Joint Stock Company, emphasized:
