KN Holdings Participates in the Talk Show “Industrial Real Estate: A New Growth Space” organized by the Finance – Investment Newspaper.

On October 23, 2025, at the talk show “Industrial Real Estate: A New Growth Space” organized by Finance – Investment Newspaper, Mr. Tran Tan Sy – Deputy General Director of KN Holdings – shared several noteworthy insights.

According to Mr. Sy, Vietnam’s industrial real estate market is entering a strong growth phase, driven by foreign direct investment (FDI) and the global supply chain relocation trend. He emphasized that the time has come to move from a purely land-leasing model toward integrated industrial parks – with a complete ecosystem including infrastructure, logistics, supporting services and ready-built factory.

He further noted that to maintain competitive advantage, Vietnam needs to focus on developing high-quality human resources, improving legal procedures and empowering next generation industrial parks – green, smart and sustainable.

The dialogue session “Industrial Real Estate: A New Growth Space” held by Finance – Investment Newspaper has involved experts and companies in discussing the new growth drivers in industrial real estate, identified bottlenecks that must be addressed and made policy recommendations to unlock resources in the sector, preparing for the economy’s breakthrough phase in the coming years.

The session featured three guests: Ms. Van Nguyen – Head of Transaction, Northern Vietnam at JLL Vietnam; Mr. Tran Tan Sy – Deputy General Director of KN Holdings; and Mr. Nguyen Van Tien – Vice President of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Association (VIREA).
