The MoU was signed by Mr. Kim Nyoun Ho – Chairman of KOCHAM, and Labor Hero Le Nu Thuy Duong – Vice Chairwoman and CEO of KN Holdings. KN Holdings leadership highly appreciates the vital role of KOCHAM in connecting and accompanying the Korean business community in Vietnam. The cooperation between two parties is expected to open effective connection channels, helping investors access modern, environmentally friendly industrial park ecosystems that align with sustainable development trends.
The focus of the cooperation agreement is the KN Industrial City projects invested in and developed by KN Holdings in Dong Nai province. This is a next-generation industrial park model oriented toward UNIDO’s eco-industrial standards. These industrial parks feature synchronized infrastructure, clean energy applications and integrated amenities to support businesses and workers, such as worker accommodation, training centers and human resource development hubs.
KN Industrial City is also one of the few industrial park models in Vietnam aiming to achieve Net Zero emissions by 2050. This orientation is consistent with the Vietnamese Government’s commitment at COP26 and the national strategy for green growth and sustainable development.

According to the content of the MoU, KN Holdings and KOCHAM agreed to focus on cooperation in three main directions. First, supporting Korean enterprises in stabilizing production activities and gradually expanding investment in Vietnam. Second, promoting the connection of supply chains, partners and industrial ecosystems within KN Industrial City. Third, acting as a bridge between businesses and government authorities to contribute to building a transparent, stable and favorable investment environment.
The representative of KOCHAM highly appreciated the methodical development orientation of KN Holdings, especially the approach that harmonizes economic efficiency, environmental protection and community benefits. KOCHAM confirmed it will actively support its members, especially Korean businesses in the Southern region, in researching and connecting investment into the industrial park ecosystem developed by KN Holdings.

The signing of the MoU between KOCHAM and KN Holdings is expected to create a foundation for substantive investment cooperation in the coming time. The event also demonstrates KN Holdings’ commitment to accompanying foreign investors and contributing to the increasingly deep, effective and sustainable development of economic relations between Vietnam and South Korea.
