KN Holdings Vice Chairwoman Lê Nữ Thùy Dương Awarded the Title of Hero of Labor

On the afternoon of December 6 2025, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai Province held a ceremony to confer the title of Hero of Labour on Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and CEO of KN Holdings.

Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Prime Minister Nguyễn Chí Dũng presented the Hero of Labor title to Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.

Speaking after receiving the prestigious title, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương expressed that being honored as a Hero of Labor is not only a personal privilege, but also a great pride and joy for her family and the team who have accompanied her throughout the years.

General Nguyễn Trọng Nghĩa, Politburo Member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, and Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, presented flowers to congratulate Labor Hero Lê Nữ Thùy Dương.

Over nearly 30 years of service, Ms. Lê Nữ Thùy Dương has consistently demonstrated the qualities of a pioneering leader with modern management mindset and a strong commitment to sustainable development. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its production and business scale, strongly promoted technology application, accelerated digital transformation and implemented major projects that significantly contributed to the province’s growth.

In Đồng Nai, the company has made strong impressions through large-scale projects contributing substantially to socio-economic development during 2026-2032, notably three industrial parks with a total area of more than 2,200 hectares, expected to attract over USD 30 billion in FDI and create tens of thousands of jobs.
