KN HOLDINGS SIMULTANEOUSLY LAUNCHES TWO INDUSTRIAL PARK INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS IN DONG NAI
On the morning of December 19, KN Holdings held a ceremony to simultaneously launch two industrial park infrastructure investment projects in Dong Nai Province, including KNIC Nam Long Thanh (Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park) in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes, and KNIC Dong Long Thanh (Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park) in Xuan Que commune.
The two projects developed by KN Holdings were launched at the same time as part of a nationwide series of groundbreaking, inauguration and technical traffic-opening activities for key infrastructure projects.

KNIC Nam Long Thanh (Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park): Shaping a New-Generation Industrial City
KNIC Nam Long Thanh is being developed under a new-generation industrial city model, with a Phase 1 scale of approximately 1,000 hectares and a total investment of nearly VND 10.5 trillion. The project is located at the southern gateway of Long Thanh International Airport, offering convenient connectivity to key transportation routes such as the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway, National Route 51, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, and Cai Mep – Thi Vai Deep Sea Port system.
The project is master planned by Nippon Koei, a leading Japanese consulting and design group, featuring a smart operations center that integrates infrastructure, environmental and security monitoring across the entire industrial park.
With its strategic location and modern infrastructure, the industrial park targets high value-added, specialized investors deeply integrated into global supply chains, prioritizing sectors such as semiconductor equipment manufacturing, chips and electronic components, aviation supporting industries, precision machining components, data centers and smart logistics, all utilizing clean energy and advanced technologies.

In addition, the project allocates space for an Innovation Center, land funds to support SMEs and vocational training institutions to supply high-quality human resources. At the same time, expert housing, worker accommodations, commercial and service centers, schools, medical facilities, multi-purpose sports complexes and integrated amenities will be developed to form a modern work–live–learn ecosystem for a high-quality workforce.
The investor will also implement comprehensive green energy solutions, including renewable energy projects in Dong Nai, rooftop solar power systems, battery storage systems, charging stations, and centralized cooling systems. These solutions will provide clean energy and green credits for factories in the industrial park, contributing to emissions reduction, environmental protection and the goal of net-zero and green industrial development.
According to the plan, together with Dong Nai Province’s investment incentive mechanisms and policies, KNIC Nam Long Thanh aims to attract USD 15–20 billion in FDI during the 2026–2030 period, create jobs for more than 50,000 workers – around 40% of whom will be highly skilled technical personnel – and complete infrastructure for the first sub-zone to be ready for handover to secondary investors from Q4 2026.
KNIC Dong Long Thanh (Xuan Que – Song Nhan Industrial Park): A Driver of High-Tech Industrial Development in Long Thanh
KNIC Dong Long Thanh is one of three large-scale industrial parks being implemented by Dong Nai Province, together with Long Duc 3 Industrial Park and KNIC Nam Long Thanh, to mark major national milestones while promoting economic growth, high-tech development, and logistics services in the Long Thanh International Airport area.

The project holds a strategic location at the intersection of the Dau Giay – Phan Thiet Expressway and Provincial Road 770B, with direct connectivity to Long Thanh International Airport via Provincial Road 769E and Ring Road 4. This synchronized transportation system forms a vital linkage corridor among industrial parks, urban areas, and production zones in Dong Nai Province, facilitating goods circulation and rapid access to domestic and international markets.
The industrial park is oriented toward next-generation manufacturing and materials, focusing on in-depth development and prioritizing industries with high added value, advanced technology application, and strong spillover effects, such as next-generation supporting industries, precision machining and electronics, electric vehicle and battery production, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, logistics, and sectors associated with digital transformation.

Master plan perspective of KNIC Dong Long Thanh
Once operational, KNIC Dong Long Thanh is expected to attract approximately USD 12.7 billion in foreign investment and create jobs for tens of thousands of local workers.
