KN HOLDINGS SIGNS MULTIPLE MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING AT THE KICK-OFF CEREMONY OF KNIC NAM LONG THANH INDUSTRIAL PARK

Within the of the Kick-off Ceremony of KNIC Nam Long Thanh (Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park) held on December 19, KN Holdings signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with six reputable partners across various sectors to jointly develop the industrial park.

The six MOU partners include: National Innovation Center (NIC), Korean Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (KOCHAM), Southern Power Corporation (EVNSPC), Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel), Keppel Vietnam Co., Ltd., Lilama 2 International College of Technology.

The cooperation focuses on: promoting innovation; attracting investment into strategic and high-tech industries; ensuring synchronized technical and digital infrastructure; deploying clean energy solutions and reducing carbon emissions; and training a high-quality workforce for the industrial park.

The signing of these strategic MOUs represents an important step in KN Holdings’ industrial park development strategy in Dong Nai, contributing to the formation of modern industrial parks with integrated infrastructure, advanced technology and skilled human resources to enhance competitiveness and driving local socio-economic development.

Labor Hero Lê Nữ Thùy Dương – Vice Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Mr. Vũ Quốc Huy – representative of the National Innovation Center (NIC), exchange a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting innovation activities associated with industrial park development, focusing on connecting national and international innovation ecosystems and promoting investment attraction in strategic industries.

Mr. Trần Tấn Sỹ – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Mr. Young Hwan – Chairman of the Đồng Nai Chapter of the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (KOCHAM), exchange a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at promoting investment promotion into industrial parks, channeling high-quality capital flows from Korea, developing high-tech supply chains, and accompanying Korean enterprises throughout their investment, operation, and production expansion processes.

Mr. Trần Quốc Thanh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Mr. Bùi Quốc Hoan – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Southern Power Corporation, exchange a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at ensuring a stable power supply for industrial parks. Under the agreement, the Southern Power Corporation will invest in 220 kV and 110 kV substations, while KN Holdings will invest in the associated transmission lines and synchronized power infrastructure.

Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Anh – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Colonel Nguyễn Văn Thái – Director of Southern Enterprise Customers, Viettel Solutions, exchange a Memorandum of Understanding on the deployment of digital infrastructure and smart industrial park solutions, including telecommunications infrastructure, a Smart Industrial Park Operations Center (IOC), and AI-based monitoring systems.

Mr. Nguyễn Đức Dũng – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Mr. Poh Tiong Keng – Executive Director of Keppel EaaS Vietnam, exchange a Memorandum of Understanding on researching and deploying clean energy solutions, advanced cooling technologies, AI-powered digital energy management platforms, and the Energy-as-a-Service model, toward the development of green industrial parks and the reduction of carbon emissions.

Ms. Võ Thị Cao Ly – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KN Holdings Group, together with Mr. Nguyễn Khánh Cường – Principal of Lilama 2 International College of Technology, exchange a Memorandum of Cooperation on the training of high-quality human resources for industrial parks. Accordingly, the cooperation focuses on vocational training, high-tech technical skills, organizing internships at enterprises, and establishing satellite training centers/facilities aligned with the practical needs of businesses.
