Tan Hiep Industrial Park JSC Signs Master Planning Consultancy Contract for Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park with Nippon Koei

On the morning of June 17, at the office of Tan Hiep Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, a signing ceremony was held for the consultancy contract to develop the 1/2000-scale master plan for the Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park (Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province). The agreement was signed between the project developer, Tan Hiep Industrial Park JSC, and Nippon Koei, a highly reputable Japanese engineering consultancy.

The Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park is envisioned as a modern industrial and logistics hub, designed under a green, smart, and integrated industrial park model. The park will incorporate rooftop renewable energy systems, advanced water and waste treatment facilities, and synchronized infrastructure built to international standards of sustainable development. It will also offer expansive green spaces and a full suite of support facilities, including residential zones for workers and specialists, on-site accommodations, international-standard hospitals and schools, vocational training centers, sports complexes, supermarkets, and various lifestyle amenities for employees and professionals working within the park.

Notably, the Bau Can – Tan Hiep Industrial Park is committed to meeting the criteria of an Eco-Industrial Park as defined by UNIDO (2017) and aims to contribute to Vietnam’s national Net Zero 2050 target.
